LifePoint Church is led by a team of four experienced leaders. Between them, they have been involved in the church for almost a century and bring with them a wealth of experience and diversity of background.
 Mike Sutton-Smith | Mike Sutton-Smith moved to Swansea in 1996. As an elder to the church, he provides full-time leadership and pastoral care. He has the rare gift of being a powerful communicator, not only of truth but also of the love of God. He is married to Liz and they have three children. |  Hugh Griffiths | Hugh Griffiths has a clear teaching ministry marked by a refreshing and analytical grasp of Scripture. He is currently undertaking postgraduate research into public communication and was previously working as a branding specialist working for central government. Hugh and his wife Jayne have two sons. |  Mick Walford | Mick Walford is also an elder and works alongside Mike in providing full-time pastoral care to the church. He has a practical teaching ministry that focuses on personal change and everyday living. Since joining the church more than twenty years ago, his ministry has been a major contribution to the life of the church. He is married to Lesley and they have two children. |  Robin Brown | For more than twenty-five years Robin Brown and his wife Lynn have been part of the church, having been involved since its beginning. Robin is an insightful leader providing direction to the Church and its various activities. He is currently an Assistant Director of Education with a local authority. Robin and Lynn have two daughters. | |
